In our four year partnership with Standard Life we have completed six major sales development projects ranging from the delivery of their Sales Foundation Course for new joiners through to designing and helping them implement a new sales model for their Team of Private Client Managers.

We work with both the Corporate Banking and Retail Banking Teams in London and Northern Ireland on the development of their proactive account management strategy, their sales skills and their attitudinal development.

We are currently leading the talent development programme for their Senior Managers.
