TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Payment must be made no later than 21 days before the programme commences.

We reserve the right to reallocate the place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.

Payment can be made by cheque, BACS or credit card.

DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION

You can substitute a delegate on a programme at any time free of charge. Just call 02890 421299.

CANCELLATIONS

We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations received within 14 days for non attendance. 

Cancellations received in writing vie e mail to p.dunlop@tmti.co.uk more than 14 days before the event will be credited as follows:

Programmes – 80%

Seminars – 70%

TRANSFERS TO A LATER DATE

Transfers made 21+ days prior to the programme = 0% fee

Transfers made 1-21 days prior to the programme will be charged 100% of the fee

The transfer option only applies to a delegate transferring to a different date for the same programme.

Transfers can only be used once.

If the transfer is then cancelled and/or the delegate fails to attend, the full programme fee remains payable.

The choice of programme must be specified at the time of the transfer.

DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

These are made on an individual basis. Please do not assume that because you were the recipient of a special offer or discount that they will apply to other people and programmes.

PROGRAMME DATES AND VENUES

We reserve the right to change venues and alter or cancel published dates without liability.

FEES

The prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to adjust these.
